Pledges new school uniform for pupils •Presents Cartons of Whiteboard marker to School
The President/CEO of Amaraya Foundation, Comrade Amarachi Kingsley Ogu (Ugwumba I of Mbaise), on Thursday, 23rd January, 2025 paid an assessment visit at the newly renovated Community primary School Lude. Comrade Ogu who recently renovated and commissioned the magnificent School buildings was warmly received by the headmistress of the School, Mrs Eunice Ukah in her office. The CEO told the headmistress that he came to see how they are doing since they moved into the newly renovated classroom blocks. He expressed joy over the state of the classrooms and the dedication of teachers to duty.

Responding, Mrs Ukah profusely thanked him for giving them a conducive learning environment and prayed God to continue to strengthen him. She said that they are speedily adapting to the new environment and that all the teachers and pupils are happy to be in the magnificent classrooms. After the reception at the office, the headmistress accompanied him to all the classrooms for inspection and assessment. The CEO was received at the various classrooms by the class teachers followed by greetings and standing ovations by the enthusiastic pupils.

The highly elated CEO asked the pupils few questions on general knowledge and was satisfied with their responses. He later delivered a brief lecture on personal hygiene. He taught the children to take their bath, wash their clothes and brush their teeth in order to appear neat in class. He also counselled them to be of good behaviour by respecting their parents and teachers. He also tasked them on the need to keep their classrooms neat and avoid the temptation of throwing stones and sticks on the ceiling and roof to avoid severe disciplinary measures. He also advised them against loitering during school hours or roaming about at the market square during break to avoid disciplinary actions of the headmistress.

The CEO also advised the pupils to tell all their friends about their new school building and ask them to come and join their new school. He equally counselled the headmistress to be summoning PTA meetings from time to time in order to take stock with parents and take key decisions for the advancement of the school. He told the headmistress to summon parents whose children and always stubborn and dirty. He also told her to report any stubborn parent to the Traditional Ruler of the Community, HRH Eze Cyril Uwaoma for sanctions. He pleaded with the teachers to join hands with him to make the school a cynosure of all eyes.
In a surprising display of love, the CEO pledged to provide new school uniforms for the pupils of the school this year. This announcement was greeted with thunderous ovations of the highly elated teachers and pupils. The assessment tour ended with the presentation of two cartons of whiteboard marker to the headmistress by the CEO for effective teaching and learning. The CEO was accompanied on the assessment tour by some members of Amaraya Foundation.
