First Lady of Amaraya Foundation bags Masters Degree in Law from a UK University

The wife of the President/CEO of AMARAYA FOUNDATION, Barr (Mrs) Yulanda Añuli Ogu on Tuesday, 19th March, 2024 bagged a Master of Laws (LL.M) degree in International Commercial Law from the University of Coventry, United Kingdom. The degree was awarded to her during a Special Convocation Ceremony at the University Auditorium.

The ceremony attracted her dear husband and CEO of Amaraya Foundation, Comr Amarachi K. Ogu (Ugwumba I of Mbaise), their son, Ryan Yazomam AmaraChi and a member of Amaraya Foundation, Ezinwa Chukwudi Jamike Madu and his family.

In a congratulatory message, Comr Amarachi Ogu praised his angelic wife for making him proud by attaining such a lofty height in both legal and academic worlds. He expressed confidence that she would apply her academic research to advance the course of justice in our society and wished her more success stories in her legal career.

In an interview after the Convocation, a highly elated Barr (Mrs) Ogu said that she was inspired by the need to apply sound law in the protection of businesses for a robust economy.

In Nigeria, the academic excellence was celebrated with pump and pageantry by friends and well wishers especially within the Amaraya Foundation family. They all thanked God for His blessings upon Ugwumba Mbaise and his wife and wished them more of God’s blessings.

Barr (Mrs) Yulanda Ogu bagged a Bachelor of Laws (LL.B) in Civil Law from Imo State University before proceeding to the Nigerian Law School Abuja where she graduated with honours and became a Barrister at Law (B.L).
